John is a seasoned attorney with a broad range of experience, including corporate, securities, and transactional law on Wall Street at blue chip firms: Cleary Gottlieb, Goldman Sachs, Jane Street Capital, and now going on 15 years as a solo practitioner meeting the needs of smaller businesses, start-ups, investment groups and family offices who recognize the value of having in-house in-counsel in their corner when they are engaging in significant transactions.
